All users of this site must agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Order Processing :
Products ship within 1–3 business days from your order date. Orders may take up to 7 business days during major sales and promotions.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes product changes, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders:
Unique Euphoria is not responsible for hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your stylist or salon. Please confirm receipt of your items before scheduling any appointments. Unique Euphoria is also not responsible for installing products purchased on our website. All returns and return-to-sender shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35.
Honoring Sale Prices & Discounts :
Discount codes and sale prices cannot be applied to past or future purchases. Thank you for your understanding.
Return Policy :
Due to the hygienic nature and high demand for our products, all sales are FINAL, and no refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
Customers must complete all return requests within seven days of receipt to qualify for store credit. Items must be returned in original, resalable condition (uncombed, unwashed, uncut, unworn, uncolored, and unaltered with original ties intact).

We recommend using a traceable shipping method with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All sales are final on clearance or sale items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued once items are received and inspected.
NOTE: Due to the delicate nature of lace products (full lace wigs, lace closures & lace frontals), they cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
Payment Terms :
All payments are due 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards, Shop Pay, AfterPay, and Shop Pay Installments. Prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted.
Credit card fraud and theft of merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Unique Euphoria reserves the right to request additional payment or shipping verification. Medium- to high-risk orders may be automatically canceled.
Orders placed online may not be picked up in stores.
International orders must be paid using the PayPal checkout option. Orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled.
Shipping Policy :
All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx with receipt confirmation and insurance. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after processing. PO Box orders are shipped via USPS only.
Overnight shipments that depart our facility on Friday will arrive the following Monday.
International orders can take up to 10 business days and are shipped via FedEx. Shipping costs do not include customs/tariff fees imposed by your country.
Unique Euphoria reserves the right to adjust delivery methods and shipping rates. Shipping fees must be paid in full at the time of order.
Protect Your Investment :
We take great pride in our 100% guaranteed products. Many product concerns can be resolved with our recommended care regimen.
If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact support@uniqueeuphoria.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Do not alter the hair (cut, color, perm, etc.) before contacting us, or your claim will be voided.
If Unique Euphoria confirms a defect, we will offer a fair resolution. If not, the item will be returned to you at our expense.
NOTE: Due to the delicate nature of lace products, returns, exchanges, or replacements are not allowed.
Return-to-Sender Shipments :
All orders require a signature. If no one is available, the carrier will make 1–3 attempts. After that, the package will be returned to us.
Return-to-sender shipments incur a $35 restocking fee. A store credit will be issued upon receipt.
Limitation of Liability :
Unique Euphoria does not accept liability beyond the remedies stated here. We are not liable for:
- Unavailable products after purchase
- Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
- Third-party claims
For any product-related issues, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.
